Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
